All reservations involving VIP Services are subject to strict coordination with airport authorities and require advance security clearances. All confirmed reservations are subject to the following cancellation terms:
• Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled service time will be subject to a 10% administrative fee, deducted from the total amount paid.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service time are non-refundable, and the full service fee will be charged.
These conditions reflect the operational commitments and regulatory procedures initiated upon booking. We appreciate your understanding.

Platinum Aviation does not share greeter contact details in advance and reserves the right to withhold or disclose this information at its sole discretion. Greeters may only be contacted up to 1 hour before an arrival service and up to 2 hours before a departure service, and only through details officially released by Platinum Aviation.
Any client or booking party who attempts to contact the greeter directly — bypassing Platinum Aviation — will be considered in violation of company policy. In such cases, Platinum Aviation reserves the right to cancel the service without refund.
If a service is eligible for a refund, the payment will be processed automatically, and the refund will be issued within a few business days to the original payment method.
Our VIP Meet & Greet services are scheduled strictly according to the original flight arrival time and the agreed meeting time.

No exceptions will be made in the case of airline-related delays.
Agreement Confirmation
By completing the payment via the provided payment link, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. No signature or stamp is required for validity. All orders or invoices sent by SKY-VIP Ltd, are considered valid without a signature or stamp. Once a customer completes the payment, they confirm their acceptance of the service and the conditions stated in the order.
If a passenger does not arrive at the agreed-upon meeting time for an airport or car service, the service will be canceled, and no refund will be issued. The full cost of the service will be charged. SKY-VIP Ltd, will not be held responsible for the non-provision of the service in such cases.
If a third party books a service on behalf of the customer, the agreement is still binding. Cancellations are subject to the same policies:
While we strive to provide the highest quality of service, refunds due to subjective complaints regarding service quality will not be entertained. Any additional services, such as birthday gifts or surprises, must be communicated in advance to avoid misunderstandings.
Delays or issues at passport control or immigration are beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued in such circumstances. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all travel documentation (passport, visa, etc.) is valid and up-to-date.
Access to fast track immigration and security is subject to change at any moment based on the decisions of airport authorities and security agencies.
