For arrivals, we meet you at the gate or airbridge (international flights usually arrive at E/F). For departures, we meet you at the correct curb or terminal entrance. Your confirmation includes the exact meeting spot and a phone/WhatsApp contact in case plans change.
Federal checks can’t be bypassed. Your concierge steers you to the fastest eligible options—TSA PreCheck, CLEAR, airline priority lanes, and (for arrivals) the best queues—so you move quicker while staying fully compliant.
ATL is linked by the Plane Train and walkways. We meet you at your arrival gate, manage the timing, help with any recheck after customs, and escort you to the next gate. If time allows, we can build in a short lounge stop.
We monitor flights and adjust the meet-point and timing automatically. If delays become extensive or roll past the service window, we’ll re-coordinate the team and porters so you’re still met and guided without stress.
Please book at least 72 hours before travel. Share flight numbers, passenger names, mobile contacts, bag count/sizes, and any mobility or language needs. If you want lounge time, tell us so we can plan the route and timing.
