FAQs - LAX VIP vs VVIP (PS)

No. PS is a separate VVIP service with its own building, private screening, and tarmac transfers. Meet & Greet happens in the public terminals and doesn’t include PS benefits.

Federal checks can’t be bypassed, but our team streamlines the process (guidance to the fastest options and eligible programs like Global Entry, Mobile Passport, TSA PreCheck, CLEAR). PS provides private CBP/TSA within the private terminal.

Tarmac transfers are a PS feature (or airline/airport-authorized exceptions). For public-terminal Meet & Greet, tarmac access is not included.

Yes. Meet & Greet is open to all cabins. PS accepts all cabins with advance reservation and capacity confirmation.

Yes, for a limited number of bags. Extra/oversized luggage can be handled for an additional porter fee.

Please book at least 72 hours in advance—especially if you want PS tarmac transfers—to secure staffing, screening slots, and vehicles.
