Arrival

  • Passengers are met at the aircraft gate, terminal entrance, or after passport control – depending on the airport layout and security procedures.
  • Escorted through immigration, customs, and security.
  • Assisted with baggage collection and escorted to pre-arranged ground transportation (arrival).
  • Escorted to VIP lounge and then to gate or aircraft (transit).

Departure

  • Meet & assist begins at curbside or a designated meeting point.
  • Passengers are assisted with check-in, passport control, and security.
  • Escorted to lounge/shopping/gate or directly to the aircraft.
  • Standard service time: **up to 3 hours
  • Includes 1 certified greeter (CAA authorized)
  • Extra hours or additional staff available on request
  • Transit services require both inbound and outbound flight details

Transit

  • Passengers are met at the aircraft gate, terminal entrance, or after passport control – depending on the airport layout and security procedures.
  • Escorted through immigration, customs, and security.
  • Assisted with baggage collection and escorted to pre-arranged ground transportation (arrival).
  • Escorted to VIP lounge and then to gate or aircraft (transit).

VIP Lounge (Add-on)

  • Access available only for departures and transit passengers
  • Includes food & beverage buffet
  • Lounge opening hours vary by terminal and airport
  • Optional service that can be added per passenger

Porterage (Add-on)

  • Available at most airports for assistance with luggage
  • Usually includes up to 3 pieces; additional blocks can be added
  • Night surcharges apply
  • A detailed breakdown exists per airport

General Service Conditions

  • Services provided by certified staff authorized by Italian Civil Aviation Authority.
  • Greeters assist with VAT refund, baggage issues, flight disruptions, and overbooking.
  • Custom welcome banners available (banner format must be provided).
  • Late booking fees apply to services confirmed within 12 hours of flight.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of STA/STD is charged at 100%.
  • Night surcharges apply to services between 22:00 and 07:00.
  • Bookings beyond 15 passengers or outside Italy are quoted separately.
  • Security restrictions may apply at specific airports or flights.
