While you relax and follow our lead, we handle the formalities, speak with airport staff if needed, and make sure your luggage arrives. No, all booking requests will be responded to within one (1) hour from the booking time and are subject to availability on the day. Al Majlis reserves the right to not accept any booking requests based on lack of availability on the day and/or insufficient information provided.

If you prefer a greeter who speaks a specific language, let us know at booking and we’ll do our best to arrange it.

Just tell us at booking — we’ll never treat your needs as “extra work.” It’s part of what we do.
