No, all booking requests will be responded to within one (1) hour from the booking time and are subject to availability on the day. Al Majlis reserves the right to not accept any booking requests based on lack of availability on the day and/or insufficient information provided.
All Al Majlis passengers/guests are required to make a one-time registration. This is to screen the profile of the passengers/guests and ensure the privacy of the passengers/guests that use Al Majlis services. At the time of registration, a few basic details are collected and reviewed by the membership team and processed within twenty-four (24) Hours. This information will be saved to make the passengers/guests future booking faster and easier.
If any passenger/guest wishes to book Al Majlis without registering (the admin can facilitate this), please note that in the event of a cancellation, no voucher credit will be issued, as there is no account to which the voucher can be applied.
No, all airline preferences or special requests must be communicated directly and agreed directly between the airline and the passengers/guests. Al Majlis is not linked to any Airlines.
There will be no actual refund amount in the form of return of money. However, in case the cancellation is made twenty-fours (24) hours prior to flight time or before and the payment was made using an online payment method through e-Pay on the Al Majlis registration portal, a voucher will be issued which will be equivalent to the package or service category and the passenger/guest will be allowed to redeem the same package or service that was canceled. The voucher can be used by the same account user within twelve (12) months of the date of cancellation.
