General Service Conditions
Services provided by certified staff authorized by Italian Civil Aviation Authority.
Greeters assist with VAT refund, baggage issues, flight disruptions, and overbooking.
Custom welcome banners available (banner format must be provided).
Late booking fees apply to services confirmed within 12 hours of flight.
Cancellation within 24 hours of STA/STD is charged at 100%.
Night surcharges apply to services between 22:00 and 07:00.
Bookings beyond 15 passengers or outside Italy are quoted separately.
Security restrictions may apply at specific airports or flights.
